Tasting Notes: Strawberry, Watermelon, Blackberry
This coffee comes to us from the Gorbota Suka Washing Station in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. Upon arrival, the cherry are sorted by hand first to separate the less dense cherries. The good cherries are then taken to raised beds to dry in the sun for about 21 days, with constant turning for an even dry. After the coffee is dried, it is milled to remove the husks and then transported to the final processing warehouse.
