A. Our coffee is ethically sourced from over 20 countries and can be traced back to the farmers and families that grow them. With over 30 single-origin selections and nearly 20 unique blends, Fortuna coffee boasts an impressive array of flavors to satisfy all tastes. A. We currently deliver to an extensive area of NC, SC, & VA. To find out if your area is covered, please contact us. For areas outside of the immediate delivery area, we offer several shipping options to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner.
A. For local deliveries (Greensboro and High Point) we have a $250 minimum order total requirement and non-local deliveries, a $350 minimum. There is not a minimum order total for shipping or local pick up. You can learn more about deliveries here.
A. We ask that orders be placed by 10am the day before your delivery. This allows us time to roast the coffee, have the warehouse prepare your order, and double check for accuracy. You can learn more about our delivery policies here.
A. We strive to ship out all orders placed by noon EST on the same business day that they are placed. However, due to high order volume, there may be some instances where orders are shipped out on the next business day. We ship through multiple freight carriers to provide you with the best rates and ship small package orders through FedEx, where most orders will be received within 1-3 business days after shipping. A. If you receive damaged product, all damages must be reported through our website here within 48 hours of the carriers delivered date. Reports for damaged products must be accompanied by photos. You can learn more about shipping policies here.
