Over 10 years ago, Nancy Hernandez visited Carrboro, North Carolina to learn as much as she could about coffee. Today she now owns multiple cafes in Honduras and exports specialty coffee from her four-acre farm. By working on a smaller scale, Nancy has been able to produce high-quality micro lots that are carefully cultivated. Nancy continues to expand on her expertise and works on the farm with the help of her family; passing down her knowledge to her daughter who also wants to become a coffee professional.
