As well, we offer custom blends and custom retail packaging, professionally designed in-house. Stephen, our roaster, has over 15 years experience and works only in microroast batches to maintain constant tactile interaction with the beans from start to finish. Sergio’s Blend Espresso was developed in honor of the father of one of Fortuna’s partners, who was also a member of the Fortuna team. Developing this one blend took over 6 months of rigorous testing and tasting to create an espresso perfect enough to carry Dolce Aroma and Sergio’s name. We designed the blend to highlight the characteristics its namesake was known for: happy, bold, charismatic, lively, playful, and bright. This amount of care and passion is given to each of our coffees and is what sets Dolce Aroma apart from the rest. With constant, in-house, hand roasting, Dolce Aroma’s coffee is guaranteed fresh and carefully packaged in single-way valve bags to seal in even the most elusive hints of flavor.
